Probably means Kathleen Turner for her role in Californication.

A fantastic job of f*cking things up. Either Stelling is being diplomatic or he is thick too.

I think he meant "Turner has a fanstastic job"

He can spout any shite he wants, lose as many games as he wants and he still has a massive house near Throston Golf Course yet appears to be under no pressure from above.

I reckon Jeff might think differently in private to what he says on TV.

He should be just coming out with it, on telly or not.

I can picture the scene now on Mondays Countdown. Little old Mrs Cholmondley sees the letters ABSYMLALY in the countdown conundrum, hits the buzzer and under the gaze of Sir Jeff announces her answer as "abysmally". Jeff turns round and says "Sorry thats incorrect dear, the correct answer is "turner is a silly boy".

Thats what I would like to happen but I doubt it will :uhoh: sadx

0 points for that, 'silly boy' clearly isn't a word.

Also the game works on the principle of selecting 9 letters that form one word not 14 that form three, including one that isn't a word.

hth.

Stelling was still calling the Vic 'Victoria Ground' till about 3 years ago so he's not the massive Pools fan that he'd like to make out he is
