I mean seriously, ten thousand pounds, ten grand, the price of a second hand ford focus, less than the deposit that most of our kids will need to buy their first house, the price of 2 garages on a block in the fens, what Wayne Rooney earns for having a wank in the shower on a morning, less than I have spent on Holidays in the past 3 years.

Probably close to the amount a family would spend following pools home and away every season, a lot less than HUFC's weekly wage bill, the amount of revenue HUFC will lose if 6/700 fans stay in the Mill House or the Raglan on a matchday at any of the remaining home games.

If you lot at HUFC actually give a toss about your club, image and fans sort it out!

I know £10,000 is a decent sum of money, to a normal working bloke on an average wage and to a non league football club, but I also know that my employers have written off more than that over the past couple of years in the name of helping out smaller people who are trying to get on in the world in the best way they can. HUFC could have done this in a more professional positive manner. I am also certain that IOR or HUFC could soak up a tiny loss of £10,000 and just write it off as a bad debt or try another option.

Why not offer to play them in a pre-season game at the vic over the next couple of years where we take 100% of the gate?

Why not (as they claim you will not) actually enter into a dialogue with BTFC?

Why not actually tell the people that are paying into your business on a weekly basis what is going on?
