I think whatever he does he cant win. Fair enough we are not doing well and people have a right to voice concerns but we won 4-1 last night which is a great result and although i wasnt able to make the game, it seemed as though we must have played well. And all people can moan about is Turner still. Maybe give him credit for once and get off his back when we do actually win a game. We won 4-1, were 3-1 up and he takes Boyd off to give Brown minutes with the game already won and people complain about this. I feel it is the right thing to do with a massive game away at Millwall on saturday coming up. Letting Brown get minutes for one and also saving Boyd's legs for saturday along with giving the new lad minutes under his belt.
I feel we need to praise Turner when relevant and after a 4-1 win not a great deal of praise has been given. When things are bad it seems its Turners fault and when they are going well its the Players who get the credit. Turner can only do so much but as soon as they step onto the pitch there is not a great deal he can do and its up to the players to be committed and want to win!!! Fair play Turner has deserved his criticism but i feel after a 4-1 win we now need to back the manager and the team as IOR are onviously happy to have him in charge, so maybe get behind the side and manager till end of season as he is goign to be here till then anyways and hopefully this backing will help the players peform like last night more often!!!!!

Tommo9 - welcome to the board. As a new poster, you deserve more respect than you have been afforded so far. If you hadn't discovered for yourself already, not all opinions can be expressed on this board without the originator being the butt of personal insults.

Please don't let most of the responses you have had so far put you off making further posts. In fact, nobody has contradicted you on this thread, so you could be forgiven for assuming that everybody agrees with you, particularly as some of your points are valid - in my opinion.

i love this not all opinions can be expressed rubbish.

No one has ever said that, all that happens is, if someone talks shite on here they will be shot down. It happens to everyone at some stage, Grave and TWH more than most

in the case of the original post, people have gave him credit but as the win comes off the back of a truly awful run of form. What a lot of people are doing on here (and quite rightly in my opinion) is waiting for more than one good result in a sea of shite ones. If we start winning more regularly then the general apathy toward the management will start to die down.

Dont take anything to heart on here, its all banter, but if you cant stand the heat....

I have been a constant viewer of this forum for quite some time now and in the end have decided to join up and voice my concerns instead of just viewing what others have to say!

Thanks for the backing but a few people making silly remarks regarding my posts will not stop me posting in the future as at the end of the day, all fans will have different opinions of things, like in every day life and i suppose thats what a forum is about. Voicing your opinions and discussing different views.
