"When you analyse the game, Scott hasn't had a save to make"

Yet again he has said it this time after Saturday's game.

And his other quote,

"The difference was they put quality balls into the box and TWO STRIKERS OF GOOD QUALITY TAKE CHANCES.

Gary Roberts took the penalty, GARY Roberts is a midfielder

Neal Trotman who scored the second is a defender.

No wonder we lose our manager doesn't know his forwards from his midfielders from his defenders.

And the class quote on the Hartley incident

"I was astonished at the decision. I thought we should have had a penalty. That challenge anywhere else on the field would have been a penalty. He was poleaxed.

No anywhere else on the field it may have been a free kick.

To be a penalty is has to OCCUR IN THE PENALTY BOX. That's the 18 yard box

Ok it probably a misprint by the mail but it makes me feel better.

And it really was a quality ball for the first the way it laid on the penalty spot and didn't move.

Why the F*** am I bothering going tomorrow night. taz taz taz banghead banghead banghead

The trouble with Turner is he is too much the nice bloke. Maybe he should say nothing for a month or so , to save putting his foot in it. Even today in the mail he is saying we have the players to get the results required , something he has said numerous times this season. We are going down , if not this season, then big style next season , as the club is skint. Turner has lost all credibility with the fans, many of whom unlike with previous managers were on his side.

The only consistent thing about Pools is their inconsistency.

Any proof of that or are you just making it up?

He is a good bloke of course he is, but his lack of humility and lack of willing to take any responsibility for the teams position is going to turn more and more people into Grave with Hamster. None of us want that do they? Turner ending up a hate figure, well we are very close to that. A bad result tomorrow night and it's going to be horrible. It's gone past the point of no return now, a few months ago when the writing was on the wall if we'd have brought in a proper manager Turner could have slipped seamlessly back upstairs now I believe the majority just want him out of the club altogether, it's quite sad actually the way the club has just been allowed to drift to this.

As for the 'club is skint' He's had more freedom to bring in players than any other Pools manager ever! We might have not as big a budget of some of the bigger clubs in the division but their is no good reason why we can't compete with everybody else. I bet Tranmere and Stockport fans wish they were as 'skint' as Pools and could have had the freedom to sign as many players, none of which are kids on the cheap.

If it wasn't for Martin Scott we would never have had that 3-0 win at the White Elephant Stadium or the 23 league match unbeaten run.

Grave may well be over the top with his actually remarks, but, simple question........Is he far from the truth???

I have said on numerous occasions that I respect Turner for his achievements first time round with Pools. I have also said I wont call him due to that respect, but as Grave said that respect is slowly sliding away.

The simple truth is, that although in a better league position (20th), than 2005/06 season under Scott(22nd) we are 3 points worse off after the same amount of games. Our goal difference is also worse(-10 under Scott, -12 under Turner). And 6 of our last 12 games were against teams in the bottom half that season and we failed to avoid relegation.

Does anyone see a coincidence occurring between the two seasons in question ?????

What was it Hodcroft said at the time, we wont let this situation happen again, we have learnt......or words to that effect.

Scott at least has some sort of excuse , it was his first season as a manager, the same can't be said about Turner.

I don't believe in witch-hunts but IOR/ Hodcroft even Turner, himself, have to have a good look at our current situation.

Compare our last relegation to our current situation.

Compare the thoughts of the fans towards Scott then and Turner now.

Come may 8th we may have a "hatred" of the two incumbents, for the same reasons.

Even now 2 years down the line,(2 years this month actually) I still "hate" Scott for what he did to Pools.

Will I hate Turner 2 years from now, maybe I will. I'd rather not though.

He's being sarcastic, If we hadn't been relegated we wouldn't have been in League 2, we may not have had a 23 match unbeaten run and of course if we had been in League 1 we wouldn't have been playing Darlo that season.

Rather a stupid comment IMHO as I would rather have been in League 1

That was the point!!

Not that I love him for it, but we did get some joy out of the situation, although personally I would have rather we had not gone down, we would now be in our 6th successive season in League 1.

Correction 7th season, forgot about rename of the third level after 2003/4.

Its not an over-reaction OO. Its MY OPINION! Its how I feel about the twat. I DO hate him every it as much as I detested Scotty if not more. Probably even more than Scotty as Scotty didnt feck off to some other club like Turner did and then return with his tail between his legs when every other club realised what a loser he was.

You see it in every walk of life, people like Turner. Completely incompetent in their jobs but blame everyone but themselves for their incompetency. It never even occurs to them that THEY are the problem.

Turner is a silly boy. You guys may disagree and this is fine but dont say my opinion is wrong. Opinions are like arseholes, we all have one and my opinion is as above.

He can go to hell and the day we eventually get rid of him, I will be getting the balloons out. The drinks will be on me.
