Is there only people on this board who are allowed to sing at games?

Your point re sitting down is indeed true - it's rather ironic that for the last two weeks that one full away end stood (leeds - who darent even stand at home) and half of huddersfield stood, yet the couple of dozen who were trying to stand in millhouse were told to sit.

Because if something like this is ever going to work you do need to learn to communicate.

Whats the point in advertising a singing section if:

1. The stupid thick stewards dont know about it, and stop dozens of people entering it?

2. Then, when the relatively few people who could be arsed to go in there, or those that were allowed to go in there, were joined by 10 stewards telling us all to sit down, whilst those in the away end stood up all game. How fookin stupid are these people?

Surely it is contravening every health and safety rule in the book, to let these Morons in charge of anything. They are a danger to themselves never mind the fans.

Russ Green. You didnt tell the stewards about the singing section did you?

You have the communication skills of a Dead Norwegian Blue.

The singing section was an embarrassing failure on an epic scale.

Of course it wasnt helped by the almost complete disinterest of those on here.

I wont be bothering again. An embarrassing failure.

Priceless rolfl rolfl rolfl

Hartlepool United - run like a business. Presumably Woolworths

In hindsight the Huddersfield game probably wasn't the best of choices. Whatever we did ourselves was going to be up against 900+ away fans in an enclosed stand with a low roof. But that still sounds a bit of a shambles confised

But people were commenting that the walsall game was the wrong match for a signing section as there would be no atmosphere due to the lack of numbers from walsall. Huddersfield was probably the ideal match for it.

As it was there WAS an atmosphere at yesterdays game until we went 2-0 down.

There was, but it wasn't from any one concentrated section.

True but it was refreshing that there was a bit of a buzz around the place nontheless.

I reckon this will be the case for the rest of the season as the fans know we are in a right scrap for points.

A singing section should work well but from what Dibble has said above, it wont happen if the club dont buck up their ideas

cant help but agree with that retro......if its going to happen make it where tradionally singing is done - behind the goal.

having said that, the stewards will probably tell you to shut up or something equally as daft

Just for a minute imagine that you are Chairman of Hartlepool United.
Would you allow these things to happen? No you wouldn't.
Would you be constantly reminding all of your staff of the importance of getting things right, on and off the pitch? Yes you would.
would you stand for complacency, cosiness and general apathy? No you wouldn't.
Why ????????????? Cos you are a Poolie and, above all else, you care.

That is what is missing at OUR club.
