He was found dead with an anaesthetic agent in his system, this is the stuff that is used for the majority of General Anaesthetics given in this country, hence usually there is a team of health professionals monitoring the patient and providing life support - not some Hollywood quack off counting his money.

I reckon he will be going down for a long stretch.... much like Michael did allegedly!
