or open from 7.30am or 8am to enable people to buy before work. I turned up at 9am expecting some life but ticket office not open until 10am. I got one from reception ut that's not the point. As a club we miss atrick commercially as we don't take advantage of opportunities or even club driven offers like the shirt/tickets deal and ticket office not being open at time of purchase. A good retailer would make the club a fortune. stpid

I have every sympathy with those who can't get to the ground during the week for whatever reason but, having said that, I agree with the clubs stance not to sell tickets on the actual day of the game. I know they can still ask that your on the data base or you bring proof of address to be added, but that will mean possibly queues and away supporters pushing their luck and trying to get tickets for the home ends. This could result in many away fans congregating around the ground and possible trouble erupting.

Its only Leeds anyway the novelty value of playing Leeds in a league game has wore off now with and the scenes at last years game hasn't made it any more desirable!..

A lot of people walking away from the ground last year said they didn't want to be anywhere near that scum again!

I see no reason why this game is no "bigger" than when we've played forest or QPR or any other "Sleeping Giant" in previous seasons..

You're not famous anymore seems to ring a bell.

My guess is 4,000 odd... which is poor, but who knows, a good win could turn our season (and attendances) around!

:-o

If they put a decent fence on the Mill House Terrace they could put some away fans down the end. Not that I'm complaining but the segregation down there is generally crap. you can easy buy a ticket for the terrace and just go in the seats.

Cyril Knowles stand was sold out at 3.50pm today. Although 80 of those seats, I've been informed, are to be taken up by IOR's foreign imports of those from Norway and Ireland.

Rink end is 900 odd capacity, so im hopeful of 4,000 (can't believe I just said that) ; a number you never hear at the Vic these days.

If the Cyril is sold out the crowd will be bigger than I was expecting, maybe 5,500-6,000.

There's no reference on the Leeds official site to say that there will be no sales on the day and a few on their messageboards are talking about coming up to go in the home end. Hope someone told Leeds its all ticket.

I bought my ticket at 3.20pm today, and the lass(in the ticket office) when asked mumbled just over 4k at that point.

Does that mean 4k tickets sold, on top of season tickets, or will they be included?

If it's 4k plus season tickets it will be nearer to 6k attendance.

Its only Leeds, its no bigger or important than any other game, all be it we would be happier than any other game. Played them twice so people are not bovered anymore. When we first went to leeds we took i think 3,750 which was the most away fans there for years i think. he novelty wears off.

Tickets SHOULD be available on saturday even if only till 1 to DATABASE entrants only. Just because the bobbies cocked up last year doesn't mean that ALL fans should suffer.

The ticket office SHOULD also be open till 8pm tonight. It's a simple process selling tickets, anyone could be trained to do it - the lack of sensible opening hours for the ticket office is baffling. It doesn't help Pools' attract fans in the slightest. <r Costello will be about right with the attendance...!

There are nearly 50 people coming from ireland, through the efforts of a pools supporter who has also established a Kilkenny/Carlow supporters branch. The ones coming today are his business associates who normally go to Manyoo or Chelski, he has persuaded them to spend their pennies at pools. Not a bad effort really when you consider the amount of people who carnt be arsed to get a bus down to the Vic!!
