And our top goalscorer will be Micky Barron with three.

Blyth are running away with the Conference North league. It is entirely possible that we could meet them next season on an equal league basis. Don't tell me it couldn't happen, currently in the Conference are;

Aldershot
Cambridge Utd
Exeter
Halifax
Kidderminster
Oxford Utd
Rushden & D'monds
Southport
York

I've just been on Blyth's website, and one of their official sponsors is VIZ comic. Irony or what??

Up the Spartans - my local team nowadays. I'm not doing a prediction until midnight has passed, just in case.

17th - it used to be our regular position - I think we ended up there 3 years running in the past. They should make a rule that if you finish in the same position 3 years running you get to keep it.

32 minutes to go til deadline. I'll go for 8th - fuck knows why. I'm being optimistic. It could be anywhere from 17th upwards

it really does depend on what wheeling and dealing can be done in Jan. If we can't move out the wasters, then there's no room for manouevre in bringing in better players. Let's face it - if there are five or six good players out there at different clubs, how the hell is Wilson going to convince those clubs to take Proctor, Bullock, Brackstone etc in exchange for better players? I would take some convincing putting myself in the other club's shoes!!!

Looking back at my 8th prediction I reckon thats probably the highest we could achieve. In fact I'd almost be content with that...given how things have gone.
Ok, not content because it will still have been a massive season of under achievement but things could go a lot worse unless we find a couple of goal scorers

Good one clap clap rolfl

I've got one too.

Two girls on the way home from a night out and they are bursting for a slash. One has the bright idea of nipping into the cemetary and doing it behind a gravestone, the other agrees.

When they finished one asks the other if she has any paper. No, I'm going to use my knickers and throw them away. Well I'm not, replies the other lass, these cost me a fortune and with that she reaches out and grabs a ribbon from a wreath and wipes herself with that.

Next day the husbands were talking. What was going on last night? Our lass came home with no knickers on. Thats now't says his mate, our lass came home with a card stuck between her arse cheeks saying "from all at the fire station, we'll never forget you' !!

OK, so maybe we won't have to rely on goal difference.

I couldn't remember whether I'd put on a prediction or not, and was going to say 5th. I decided to check the predictions already on first, and on 31st August I'd predicted 5th place. Too much of a coincidence me thinks
