Got the impression -from following this post -that Mr.Canary Yellow came swanning on here the other day intent on impressing us as one of "the pink-uns" premier posters. I may be wrong but I was'nt the only one on here who percieved his approach as "I'll impress those northern delinquents with my eloquent verb".

Anyway it's sad that he wont be back as "there's not really anything to be said", which is true unless we're knocking Norwich in some way. We might see him again next season (as I'm not taking anything for granted) and I hope he'll come up to Hartlepool, as I doubt anyone who came earlier in the season would have found the town unwelcoming.

His parting shot showed his true colours - "and thanks for the 6 points", ..............yes, we endure to give all the "fallen from grace clubs" points.

I did find some sympathy on their Pinkun, but it took some trawling to find it.

We've lost our grassroot mentality where football fans are the bedrock of the game and replaced it with the cynical season ticket scam which excludes casual home and away supporters. That way only the appropriate spectators get in.
