Austin's goal was a cracker. Maybe we should play him up front.

I agree the marking for the 1st goal was non existent :evil:

We also make the same mistakes at the Vic, we give the ball away cheaply when on the offensive, then get caught out on the counter. Until we can rectify or reduce that problem we'll keep conceding. Due mainly to our lack of pace.

surely Rowell is the future in the middle - if by some miracle the side is safe with a few games left he simply has to play every game at that point

Just watched the goals too and yes Austin's was a cracker....and he should be crowned our player of the year at the end of the season.....but what bothered me was Behan's complete lack of conviction when through one on one.

I think Boydy would have scored that.

So many strikers on the books and none of them can hit a cow's arse with a banjo at the moment.

I think you've got to give Rose a bit of credit he saw Flinders edging out for the cross and it took a very clean strike. Still a mistake but a good hit as well.

Aye it was a good strike.
The performance was good but it is obvious to a blind man that we have a problem scoring goals.
Ultimately we'll pay the price for that.
Chances were there, they took two of theirs. We only took one.
A loan signing maybe??????????????
