Festival Internacional de Benicassim (FIB) Spain!!!!

Has anyone been to this Music Festival before????

I'm sure I've heard it mentioned on here before....MadJohn????

Fancy going to it this year....looks cushty!!!! :coool:

I know a few people who have been said its really good, but last years was a sham apparently.

Apparently there was a large bush fire very close to the festival and a few bands had to be cancelled for safety reasons etc and loads of punters got evacuated!!!! :shock:

I might give it a go next year when Glasto takes a year out.

When I was working with the people who do Glasto, Leeds etc, they had a look at Benacassim. They had nowt bad to say about it apart from the bars are spirits bars and loads of the crowd just bring their own, get mangled on the beach all day and watch the bands at night.

Their advice would be to take your own and enjoy, don't expect much from the bars and if you want beer, provide your own. :wink:

Only found out myself 2 days ago Doug,I always thought the system was 4 on 1 off to let the land recover,but obviously not this time.
