I particularly enjoyed this bit in the copy of the Mail I read, because in that the second paragraph below began "Anne Darwin 57, soon to be played in a BBC drama by Bernard Hill."

"John Darwin, 58, was sentenced to six years and three months after admitting seven counts of deception and a passport offence.

John Darwin, 57, soon to be played in a BBC drama by Bernard Hill, was found guilty of six charges of deception and nine counts of money laundering, and was sentenced to six-and-a-half years."

Alison Sinclair, a spokeswoman for Coronation Street, said: "It is loosely based on that story."

Yeah right, they've just copied from the Darwin case.

I'll have to keep an eye out for that on Corrie then.

Thanks for that Mr. Yubep. clappp

What did everyone make of the story about the car parking fine at Marina?

This guy sounds like a bully boy to me.
Intimidating a woman, aye I know she's a traffic warden, is not on. I really hope she has a six foot six husband / partner who goes and kicks the shit out of him before throwing the bounder into the dock. See how he likes it.
I don't agree with the parking charges like.
