Would you be more hopeful of Pools being in League One next year if we brought in a manager not currently employed at HUFC before the end of January?

i would be highly surprised if ANYONE said no. We have all gave Turner a varying length of time to prove himself and i think its safe to say now that change IS needed

yep

i voted yes, however i do still think we will survive relegation even if he stays. But with 14 new players and a supposed aim for a top half finish, if we do only just scrape safety, it would represent and Epic Fail.

Katcha to be fair seems to have had second thoughts about CT from his recent posts.

Not sure about pde147 like.

Is calling me a rarf not personal?

i know katcha thanks, he's on my facebook and i bought a book off him, pde and katcha have stated on here they dont mind the current regime, the posts are in the one mr.i has put at the top if you wanna read it.

I've been to plenty of games but at the moment i'm either working or seeing my kids, but thanks for the advice.

I'll get personal if you just call me a name for no reason.

8% confident that we'll stop up if Turner stays in charge?

I thought that only a handful of idiots or 15 people on a messageboard wanted a new manager? sctatchinghead

This pole cant be taken as gosbel due to the small sample size of 37 however it is showing that the majority want a change. Why cant IOR see this sctatchinghead

There is no way that IOR or Mr Hodcroft will get rid of a manager under pressure from fans, no matter how big the protest is.
The next time they bow to fans pressure will be the first.
Over the last two seasons, the fans have been voting with their feet and are making their feelings fairly obvious. That hasn't influenced IOR. In fact they have given Turner even more backing and continue to do so.
So much for our opinion eh. confised

I totally agree, but why should Hodcroft listen to fans now when it's been like that throughout IOR's entire relationship with the club? It's HIS business, it never was the "town's club", he runs it how he wants to and nobody will change that ... not even the small proportion of fans who complain on footy messageboards.

Exactly, and people moan that the council wont sell the ground to such a company who are NOT "the towns club"!!!

The penny may drop with people eventually

Please stop talking total bollocks.

The only problems at our club are on the field and the way that side of things has gone for a couple of years, you don't know how lucky we are!

Yes, but football results can effect peoples rational thought process. We are a sound stable club who have owners who are in it for the long, long term. Sometimes a reality check is needed, loads of clubs who bite our arm off for that sort of stability.

We are very lucky in a lot of ways, so people really shouldn't talk bollocks. Because when it was 'The Towns Club' we did really well didn't we? That 'crowd' on Tuesday would have been a good gate! It's a sign of progress that it's regarded as shocking. The only change of direction our club needs is on the pitch and in the management of the team, that is what has been missing for a couple of years.
