Avatar is simply Disney's Pocohontas in 3d and in space, great effects but poor film.

Do sherlock build 3,4 or 5 bedroom homes??

seriously, avatar is awesome. saw it a week ago and it was the best value for money cinema trip of my life. the story isn't outstanding but its not bad. despite being nearly 3 hours long, it doesn't feel like it and stays interesting. the effects for the tropical plants and shootouts are incredible. you can see why it took so many years to produce. you will really miss out if you dont see it on the big screen. I've even talked my dad into going to see it and he hasnt been to the cinema in years.

don't really think I will enjoy sherlock holmes much although its got good reviews suprisingly.

Went to see Sherlock at the flicks a fortnight ago and what a pile of shite.
Since when did Sherlock Holmes have a blackbelt?
Worst film of the year imho.
Has Guy Richie ever made a decent film:)

Does he still don a deerstalker and smoke a pipe, or has he moved with the times and developed a drug habit, and invented skateboarding perchance?

Nothing new about him having a drug habit, he took cocaine from day one.

Concurrance with the snickering hound from the Fensy household, me and the mrs both enjoyed it, I thought it was much better than I was expecting.

I also watched Law Abiding Citizen over the weekend and that was a fantastic filum in my opinion

I'm currently about an hour into Harry Brown, another much recommended filum. Nobody told me it was a cartoon! Most of the characters so far would kill for a second dimension never mind a third! Despite that it's still mildly entertaining, and Caine is always watchable. But by god it's a load of hokey old bollocks.

I was enjoying it....but not alot....and then the 'Raid' happened!!!!

Which Police Force would do a Raid in the dead of night with gangs of 'Hoodlums' still on the streets?!?!
