I totally agree Ripper. If IOR came out and done something similar I would be buzzing. Instead the just roll over and take criticism and put up with poor performances from players, manager / coach / sports director (whatever his fcuking tile is), coaching staff and fans alike without trying to resolve the situation!!

Nowt wrong with doing statements, but do it with a bit of class, he sounds like a spoilt brat.

It's like his girlfriend (DF) has dumped him and deep down he's gutted and broken hearted, but he doesnt wanna admit it so he's calling her instead.

I like the idea of a chairman speaking his mind like that, of course there'll be consequences.
As for him sounding like a spoilt brat, it's his money and he appears to expect something for his input, nothing wrong with that. I don't suppose he became wealthy be letting people shiit on him.

I read it and what I got from it was 'stop talking bollocks about things you don't know about,' which is fair enough.

The second thing I got was, 'we aren't dead in the water if everyone does their job.' Again fair enough.

The third thing was ' I am slowly getting tired of owning a football club, when everyone is trying to pull the rug from under your feet with incessant sniping.'

Lesson to be learned there.
