Sorry to say this, but whichever way I look at our midfield I have no confidence in it troubling any of the other teams in the division. Even with the new boy in there (and I know I'm being presumptuous) I cant pick a midfield which instills any confidence in me.
Can anyone remember one move we created yesterday with an incisive through ball from midfield to the forward line?, and does anyone think thats going to change miraculously on Tuesday night?

Me too, especially as I remember when we signed him Norwich tried to pinch him from under our noses. It seems to form a familar pattern, in that Power and Fredriksen have had so little field time also. I remember young Turnbull before them making the customary one appearance (which impressed me ) and then basically he was put out to dry.

Thing is I say get Rowell in, give him half a dozen full games, and if he does'nt produce you cant say he was'nt given a chance, or the alternative of 4 or 5 piss-potty 10 minute appearances over the next 2 years which will prove absolutely nowt.
