I had some for my lunch. With a bacon butty for dunkin' (sadly it's US bacon, stringy and fatty) But lurvley notheless! :grin:

Just made some tonight!!!

Easy Peasy.

Chop up an Onion, 2 Celery Sticks, 2 carrots and a bulb of Garlic.

Fry em for ten mins.

Add 2 Pints of Organic Veg Stock

2 Tins Plum Tomatoes

6 big ripe fresh tomatoes.

Salt and Pepper.

Bring to the boil, then simmer for 20 mins.

Hoy it through the blender, adding Fresh Basil Leaves as you go.

LUSH.


I made some too.

1) emptied tin into pan
2) heated on hob for 60 seconds.

lush!!!

I use the same method as Grave with the exception of adding some grated mature cheddar.

I've been told that if you're male you should eat a tomato every day as they're enhancing of the male sexual potential. You can eat them in any form including tomato ketchup which suprisingly does contain tomatoes.

I really miss kebabs. If someone would care to FedEx me one, I'd be very grateful.

As I've said to Spender, I miss real beer, Joanna's chicken and chips, fish and chips (but the grouper and snapper here are ace), my mam's Sunday dinners and pub crawls. Most bars in Nassau are either run by Jamaican or Haitian mobsters, so any white guy entering the premises is most likely to leave in a body bag. :grin:
