Yeh, I know the one you mean, don't know his name but he was at a game recently and it was about -7'c and all he had on was a short-sleeved Pools top.
I reckon he could take David Haye like.

..Like the Afro-Haired Half-Time Draw seller woman!

I did a good deed for her and her husband before the home game against Charlton.

I was in Morrells at about half 11, stocking up on the usual delicacies, which included the last 4 corned beef slices. The lass behind the counter had just bagged them up and was getting a crate of pork pies out, when the ticket woman came in for 2 corned beef slices.

The lass told her they'd all been sold, and the ticket woman was gutted. I didn't really need all 4 slices, so I sold 2 of them to her. She was ecstatic.

I saw her at the game, and asked her if she enjoyed the slices. She shouted her husband over and he thanked me, as he'd pouched one of them. They were both genuinely pleased that they hadn't missed out on their slices.

It's nice to do a good turn, but I suppose the main point of the story is that Morrells really shouldn't run out of corned beef slices by half 11. If you want anything fresh in the town after noon on a Saturday you've got Bob Hope. Mary Lamberts is just the same.
