PostPosted: Tue Jan 23, 2007 1:41 pm
Two cars full of lads have just parked outside of our house and went over to the Snooker place above the Chinese Buffet and it's residents parking only!!!!
The street is chocka full of cars with no permits!!!!

Anyway....me Mams coming round this afternoon and she is disabled and the car will have to get parked half-way up the street!!!!

So I've phoned the Civic Centre and told them of the situation and the nice lady on the phone said she will send a Traffic Warden round!!!! :sweet:

I wouldn't usually do it but the lads in the 2 cars looked and acted like right twats and one of them had a Boro' shirt on and one other had a Chelsea shirt!!!!

So am I out of order???? confised

Not that I'm bothered like!!!!

I had better make sure I don't park in one of the resident only streets next time I'm in town. You might be watching Mutts.

Do you know it actually costs more for the Council to administer the resident's parking permit scheme than they get back in charges for it?

Every parking ticket goes to cover the difference and therefore keep the Council tax down. Well done mate

I pulled up outside a certain 'traditional' bakers with one of the lads to get something for dinner and as I was getting my money out he said ..."look at him" and as I looked, there stood a person known to us in the queue wearing a Boro coat ... I threw the money back in my pocket and decided to go in and have a bit of 'banter' .... by the time I crossed the road the 'canute' had walked out ..... I 'hailed' him in a jovial manner but he said "DON'T START" ....F***ing brothers.
