I think it's pretty unusual for the rail people to know of a delay or cancellation the previous day.
You can check trains over the next few hours here.

The National rail enquiry site is currently showing the 7:02 tomorrow as

Disruption due to ice and snow across the UK on Wednesday 6 and Thursday 7 January.

You can set up an alert from them if a train is going to be more than 5 minutes late.
