I'm not going either. Again out of principle at the pricing.

I was talking to a Leeeds fan at work the other day who was expecting us to take a few thousand despite the prices and I was trying to explain to the divvy get that loads weren't going out of principle and that there'll be about 5-600 there but that if it had been £20 a ticket there'd have probably been at least 2,000 there and dopey smurfy robbing Bates would've made more money but he couldn't seem to grasp the simple maths.

I will be there mainly because I dont think Pools will ever play them again in a league game and maybe just maybe Pools win I would always regret not going to witness it.

Nope, I won't be there either. I only went last year because I was living in Leeds so didn't have much petrol costs compared to others. Not going to be ripped off this year by them.

I'm thinking about putting a decent lump on Leeds winning this. What odds do you think I'll get? 4/7?

Nope!

Going to enjoy my Boxing Day this year instead of being not let into pubs, being charged £27 to be rammed into a corner, abused all game by Fred Trueman and chewed all the way back to the car as if it was still 1970.

Please, please, please just win the League, get out of our Division and let the likes of Little 'Artlepool get on with playing Colchester, Brentford and Exeter again.

As you can tell, my experiences at Elland Road have not been happy ones...nowt to do with the 4 defeats I've witnessed in 3 seasons like, Chor....

Not Ash by any chance?

It's going to be a funny weekend that cos of boxing day falling on a Saturday. It looks as though we're doing the usual Boxing Day stuff on Sunday which leaves Saturday free for a trip out.

As it's within striking distance and my eldest lad fancies going to a game it looks like there'll be two of us at Leeds.....not just us like....there'll be few others there as well. Does anyone know whether it will be possible to pay on the gate or is it advance tickets only.

it will make no difference to the outcome anyway with Turner's attitude to these games, plus the ref will make sure Leeds win even if they don't play well.
Not that it will matter anyway, Leeds won't have to play very well to win

Why don't you go and f*** with a peacock feather? What a tit....

Its your most difficult league game of the season and one of the shortest distances to travel.

Yet a lot seem to be proud not to be going and are coming up with any excuse.

If Leeds fans were making such excuses not to travel I would be embarrassed.

Oi, i'm foooking going !!!!
Price is a bit steep mind.
If it was round the twenty quid mark maybe a few more would go.
Myself I can't wait. Love boxing day games.
And it's only down the road !!

Clearly you are dumb.

Now fck off and go and tug yourself off about your game with ManYoo which only you and your queer Yorkshire friends care about

Still in two minds. My mates band is on at the Clarry on the night and I might save some cash for that fine event.
