So Nelson plays 300 times for Pools, is magnificent for four and a half seasons, struggles for form in the last season and a half to the point that the fans want rid of him. He then receives an offer to play for a much bigger club where at his age he has his only chance to play at a higher level (ie championship next year) so he leaves.

And that makes him deserve the abuse on this thread.

He was good for a year or two when we first signed him (when he had Westwood to clear up his mistakes), dogshit when we were relegated, found his level in the 4th Division and then was garbage again after we were promoted.

And like Mr Fireball says he acted like a cockend when he left.

So yes, he deserves abuse.
