oba the bloke could only comment on his time with palace, the lad has obviously been given a huge confidence boost by being told he is the number one keeper. A lot of people on here said that was a ridiculous thing to do and slated turner, however it surely proves that it was a shrewd move by turner and he deserves a lot of credit for that.

Maybe it was the way he was treat at Palace. He was sent here there and everywhere and settled nowhere.
A blind man can see he has got talent and Palace did spend a wedge of money on him, so something must have attracted them.
I wonder if they ( Palace ) ever consider that they may have treat him badly, thus affecting his confidence.
Getting Flinders was an excellent move by Turner, one of his best.
Aren't you just glad that Turner took advantage of Palace's inability to bring him on, and took no notice to Chip's mate.
If Flinders continues to improve as he gains more confidence from being settled and wanted, we could gain financially thank you very much.
Keep it up Mr Turner.
Palace haven't got a holding midfielder they don't want by any chance??????

I suspect the same conversation could be had at Carlisle about Matty Robson.
