then I think we can safely say it's only worthwhile turning up for the games against the smaller clubs. Surely , surely, no matter how lucky it may be, we HAVE to win at least one game some time against a big club?
FFS even Cheltenham Town beat Leeds twice in the same season 2 years ago!!! Why can Pools not even win a single game against big club opposition? What is it with the mentality at the club regarding this??
Come on Pools and put this to bed tonight!!!!

Pools chances of a win tonight appear to be increasing Mr Parmo, as it is looking like I might not be able to make it. sadx

If we get anything tonight it'll be points gained rather than points dropped if we lose, in my eyes anyway.

Saying that I fancy us to dick them 2-1 tonight.

I just hope we have a real go like we did Saturday, yes we got over run second half but you couldn't accuse any of the players of not giving it a go. If we play well we are more than capable of turning over Southampton, they'd be one place above us on goal difference without the deduction. This is a very winnable home game, we aren’t playing a name we are playing team who are in League One because that's (like us) where they should be.

If Liddle or Collins can give Lambert a short sharp painful lesson in 'keep the fook away from our goal,' then we'll mebbe's do OK, if we let them get at us, we'll suffer. Boot the krunt up in the air on the half way line several times and make him lose enthusiasm.

I'd love to see our players play like that.
The "big" teams get where they are because they play aggressive and dirty at times.
I don't think we play dirty at all.
We don't even do foul throw-ins!

You obviously don't watch Peter Hartley taking his throw-ins.

I've put it on another post on here as well!!!! In the vain hope it may strike a chord with someone at the club who might see it for what is happening!!!! It's way beyond a joke now.
