People jump on tree's back for anything these days.

He just looks at things in a different way.

The point he is making is that, why for 4 years have pools kept this a secret?

Fair do's people in the know or whatever have known about it, but surely something as serious as this would have been put in the media years ago.

Surely an appeal on the website for anyone with any info??

I think it's just a little weird how this has now came to light at the time of the book launch, and i'm in agreement with him thats it been used to sell a book.

And if that isnt the case, why not bring it up before?

the reason no one has mentioned it from the club is that KH was abducted by aliens the day the letter was sent, and anybody that opened the letter would die from being bitten by an asp or some other nasty thing. KH was replaced by POK and once the book was finished ( which took longer than the letter) there was a mix up and KH and TWH were one. The resulting amalgamation made Neale Cooper bald and mickey Nelson grow his hair ( FACT)

But you won't find any of that in the book, but there again in your world poeple will only buy the book because of the letter, which was described in detail in the hartlepool mail

I never said it was a problem. I simply pointed out why the club has annouced it now.

But because i said it, people now disagree that books/dvs etc shouldnt be publicised in anyway before release. A basic principle of marketing and selling is now being disputed because i dared mention it. :roll:

it would have been well known earlier.

You need to bear in mind the fact that you cant comment on an ongoing police investigation and also that if the book had been out a couple of years earlier then it won't have been sat on for four years would it?
