The first 'proper' band I saw live (at the Royal Festival Hall) - I saw them many times after that first time as well.

Enjoy, Cornelius

The Jenny Fabian and Johnny Byrne novel 'Groupie' had them featured to a large extent. In the book they were called 'Relation'.

You're a lucky man to see Family live, Mr H. I remember that TOTPs too. Old age ... I'm 51 today.

It's one of the benefits of old age.

Roger Chapman has announced his retirement following gigs at his home town in Leicester on December 18th & 19th, he’s 67 now. Our singer used to be his sound engineer after Family split.

He doesn't look so angry nowadays

I have a Family 45 with Ric Grech singing instead of Chappo.."Second Generation Woman", brilliant single. The same song is on "Family Entertainment" but its a different, inferior version.

I've got that on the vinyl album 'Family Entertainment', also got their first album 'Music in a dolls house' and several of the later ones including the Streetwalkers first 2, one on red vinyl.
