Whilst i do agree with the "well done" statement i thought Turner nearly threw the game away taking Behan off for Sweeney.

That basically put us under more pressure with no real outlet upfront other than Greulich who is asked to play up front on his own - seemed unfair on the lad.

We are at home and winning 1-0. We were really hanging on in the last quarter - thought it was a bit desperate to be fair that particular substitution.

We won though so all is good.

Turner packed the midfield to defend and left the youngun to chase balls down, Which he did very well.. No problem with that.

It's about time we shut up shop and held on to a lead rather than pushing and pushing.

i just thought the substitution put us under more pressure than we already were. Tranmere deserved an equaliser in my opinion and only the sending off relieved the pressure.

doesn't matter now though, we won.

i understand the sentiment that tranmere deserved a draw, but they didnt as they failed to score. By that sentiment, we deserved 3 points against stocksort, mk dons, wycombe etc.

Its a funny old game!

Apart from the early couple of free headers what did Tranmere actually create? We didn't play very well but neither did Tranmere it's not as if they battered us or anything.

according to some PJ, we were lucky to escape with anything

They had one really good chance, which we cleared off the line, they a couple of half decent attempts.

They created more chances than we did! We relied on being gifted a goal by a Tranmere defender

Well in that case I'm off to contact the football league, this really isn't right those three points should be awarded Tranmere

No doubt they did, may i just point out that in nearly every single match this season, we have had more shots than the opposition.

Shots count for nothing unless they go in, it proves nothing apart from maybe we didnt shoot enough in this match.
