I wasnt taking the piss. I posted a few quick updats while at the game. We looked terrible in my opinion and were very lucky to win. We improved a bit in the second half but overall we were poor. We still played no football.

hang on a minute. Mr Behan (1st half) was responsible for the two counts of poor marking (his man lost him way too easily both times) for those two corners they nearly scored from. He was caught off side at least 5 times in the first half alone.
He didn't particularly chase much at all, looked half hearted, his hold up play was none existent and his flick ons went to no one.

We played poorly in the first half, but he was by far and away the worst player in a Pools shirt by a country mile.....in my opinion! He DID improve second half!

i hardly ever criticise players unless they show a lack of passion and for me in the first half he did just that. I like him, i really do, but he has to look back at that first 45 minutes and give himself a big kick up the arse.

I agree with that. I would say Boydy was just as bad unfortunately. I was quite impressed with Greulich like. At least we know we have options when Boydy and behan are off form.
