A teacher with an unblemished 31 year career faces the sack after hauling a disruptive pupil out of class.
Michael Becker 62 lifted the 13 year old lad by his collar after he ignored 4 requests to stop telling a racist joke.
He sat in court yesterday as he was fined £1500. He accepts he faces losing his job.

Magistrate Peter Pape said his actions had been ill concieved and the offence came perilously close to a custodial sentence

A request for compensation by the pupils parents was denied!!!

Why shouldnt he use force?

if my kid was telling a racist joke in a classroom, and wouldnt stop, i would be on the teachers side and i'd give him/her a clip and apologise to the teacher.

Ive been made to leave places such as pubs, nightclubs, grounds all by force and them bastards never ended up in court :evil:

Day in, day out, teachers are left to cope with other people's undisciplined kids. Their job is to teach, nothing else. It's time disruptive kids were simply removed from class rooms and, er, placed somewhere else.

I dont know about that, Obafemi and me have come up with that lance armstrong, neil armstrong 'joke' dozens of times and bunker members find it hilarious each time.
