Is that the one about a Fiat 500 - 'Oh my baby car'. If so I prefer Lush's version '(500) Shake Baby Shake'

Aye Lard's mate Radcliffe keeps playing it on Radio 2 as well. "The Ride" off her latest album is amazing.

I really like that album by Jenny Lewis and the Watson Twins as well. some totally lovely tracks on that.

KOOPA blag, steal, and borrow

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0-H3iKSxTxw

I'm not that keen on it myself but it's set to make history by being the first song ever to make the top 40 without being available on a physical medium.
You can't buy their music in the shops; you can only download it.

Sounds like he's got his Tamla/Country/Blues knickers in a twist.

Nice collection but a bit haphazard!
The only one on there I don't like is Etta James.

Except maybe the one or two I don't know at all, like.

Anyone watch Charlie Brooker on BBC4? Quality stuff - he had a special on US TV on recently - included was a DVD of R Kelly where he sang along to a "soap opera" and therefore explained what was going on! Weirdness of the highest order!

I didn't see it, but that is it! That's 'Trapped In The Closet', and he's serious!!! Check it out on YouTube. Just search for R Kelly Closet

There was a clip on Brooker's prog. I thought that he had to be taking the proverbial! You mean he's serious? rolfl

I got this LP bought for me cos me Mam felt guilty!!!!

It was a Saturday morning and I was doing a sponsored walk with St.Josephs school and me mam had went to work and forgot about the walk and so forgot to do my packed lunch!!!!
The teacher wrote a note for her to tell her that she'd sorted some scran out for me and that I'd went on the walk!!!! :sweet:
(Our house backs onto the school)!!!!

Anyway when I got back my mam was quite upset and she then gave me a Woolies bag with 'Absolutely' in it!!!! :sweet:

I've still got that copy plus 2 others with slightly different poses on the front cover!!!! :sweet:

My favourites off the LP are....

3. On The Beat Pete

2. In The Rain

1. Disappear (My Favourite all time Madness track)!!!!

:sweet:  :sweet:
