Borer numpty on the radio yesterday

In the car at 5 o clock yesterday there a borer fan phoned in & said Southgate has to go,maybe fair enough,I dunno,I dont see any of their games so cant really say.
He then said Steve Gibson has got to go too stpid

How on earth do they think borer will ever get anyopne better than Gibson to run that club.
Then the best comment of all "If we dont get rid of Gibson & Southgate we wont get back into the premiership & our fans desrve premiership football"
Absolute bollox,they are one of the most fickle sets of fans there is they dont have any great loyalty or passionwhen things get a bit ropey they desert in their droves.

as great as gibson is his loyalty towards totally shit managers has cost the club a few times over the years, robson was awful and southgate is worse, dismantly a uefa cup final squad then taking it down, his decision to instantly promote southgate from centre half one week to manager the next was totally awful.

Gibsons loyalty to his manager is touching but misplaced, I can see the point their fans make, it's no good if Gibson is going round being the Forrest Gump of managers, admired by everyone, but your team is relegated because of it. I suspect times are hard at smoggieland.
Southgate is a dull manager, long may it continue.
