There is a case of the same thing happening two years ago ( the beer festival clashing with a pools game) it willbe interesting to compare the two crowds to see if they so different .

I'm guessing it would be this one with V Bristol City att. 4 963

http://www.inthemadcrowd.co.uk/cgi-bin/ ... p?oid=4297

I reckon we'll be at least 2000 down on that...

I for one will not be attending tonight and i am a die hard, i was there tuesday and it was dire.
We also have a poor record against Brentford and the crowd will be well under 3000? refred

Its a recipe for frustration and more anger against Mr Turner.

I will be there but as has been said I suspect tonights crowd will be the lowest league crowd in a long time.

It seems to often happen that those games with low crowds turn out to be decent games whereas our players let the fans down when they turn up in numbers. Fingers crossed then for a decent victory

I'll be there, it's a much more sensible kick off time tonight.

The bad times were the 90 years before.Which tells you just how long they've been 'supporters'.

A lot of people jumped on the bandwagon since IOR and I suspect are OK with the good times, but can't fathom out the boring times. Fed on a diet on Premiership fairytales, they expect the same thing to happen at this level. It doesn't.

This is the problem Bri.

Even 19-20 year olds will (apart from 1 year of Scott) have only known relative success.

I have two younger cousins who stopped going last season basically because we stopped winning.

Im 23 and the first time I got a season ticket was the first full season Turner was in charge and we reached the play offs. No matter how poor we are in the odd game in this division or the 3rd division I will be at pools supporting. I cant understand people not going as the last league home game we won easily and put on a good display and for fans not to turn up because of a couple of poor showings is quite sad really.
