I know Fetish Bob has already mentioned this, but shortly after the second half started, the 2 staff from the catering kiosk came around all the pools fans in the away terrace offering free pies/pasties and sausage rolls.

Now, I have been watching pools away from home since the 1987/88 season and have never seen such a kind and yet simple gesture. So a very big clappp clappp clappp clappp clappp from me even if it made me feel really ill as I had already stuffed down a cheeseburger and a chicken balti pie at H/T :uhoh: .

I remember going to Peterborough away once, it was a hot day (could have been 2003) and the catering staff gave out free cups of orange juice and water for everyone. clappp

I think that happened both times we played them on the first game of the season - both the 2-1 defeat and 4-3 win....
