Without conceding a goal in an away match.

The Behan free kick was worth the money alone.

Yet another excellent away performance, and both Behan's and Brown's goal's worthy of winning any game on their own, even better when scored in the same game and give your team 3 points.

Once more solid in defence and at times while watching you could see the proverbial 2 banks of 4 as Pools defended and offered Oldham no space to create anything. Behan gets MOM in my opinion for not only the free kick but his working of the back 4, though they didnt need much working. If we can start to perform at home and play well we can still be the surprise team in this division.

We have a keeper , as I keep saying, who when called upon tonight to actually make a save did very late on getting his fingers to a shot and it being enough to put it on to the post, once more he did all you can ask from a keeper, hope his contract is long, some teams may come looking.

Collins is looking like the player he was when he first came and Liddle looks like he been a centre back all his career.

A great win and things look rosy. Some will say we have lost 4 out of 4 at home but with luck we could have knocked Burnley out of the cup and got something from Bristol, the other 2 well as many keep saying (Norwich and Charlton) are big clubs so losing to them in the first month of the season isn't that bad. The results from Sept, and Oct can define our season, next so called big club up is Huddersfield in November. lets see were we're placed then. I reckon 7 points from our opening 6 games is a superb return, if we had got those 7 at home and lost all 3 away games then people would be more than happy.

Absolutely spot on.

Now rather than arguing on here, cant we ALL make a conscerted effort to get behind the team all next week ready for the next game?

And then when the game comes, lets all give the players and management a chance.

The good times are back.

Now lets all enjoy it.

I agree. Although Im seriously thinking of selling my season ticket to help me afford to get to some away games!!!
If we pick up a wad of points in the next month or so (ideally with some being at the Vic) then I will hold my hands up and give CT credit for it (for a change).

Not that I dont applaud him for our current away form like, which is of course fantastic at the moment.
