Some people have been seething since the start of the season because things were looking pretty good. Now after one dismal performance they are at liberty to shout 'Turner Out' irrespective of the season as a whole. They're like a bunch of constipated old women who have just discovered laxatives and can finally get rid of the shite they've been holding back. From what I can see this season is already an improvement on the last horrible direfest.

As for signing players; FFS! we've got two thirds of a new team who only met each other quite recently. We've developed a defence and we've got two excellent forwards coming back from injury. Some of you lot need to get a bit more realistic or get out more. We are one of a bunch of 20 odd teams with little to choose between them. we've got a mix of journeymen players with the odd diamond and with a third division team in a small town its unlikely you can sign anything better.

Turner is being far more open than the likes of Wilson was and is patently trying to bring the fans back into the club. He's being open and honest which is a welcome improvement over the last few seasons. Even the comment yesterday from whoever it was who shouted 'bring fooking Browny on' got a straight reply from the bloke which was 'when he's fit'. Personally I found the fact that he responded with a straight answer quite refreshing.

In case you haven't noticed we have lost 4 in a row at home, its just not good enough. Yes we are a new team but we don't seem to be improving, in fact we are going backwards and the seasons only a few weeks old, we are still conceding goals for fun at home and if you want to be getting the fans back, the vic is the place where we need to perform!!!!!
Turner has failed to bring in a left back and a decent midfield player, (no Hartley is not a left back and yes he foooking hates playing there). The team has no fight, remember last season when even with the resources wilson had we fought back in games like yesterday even when 2 goals down, can you really see that happening now?
We all want turner to succeed, i'm sure the guy loves being here but he needs to sort the home form out pretty quick or the crowds will be even worse than what we're getting now.
The atmospheres bad enough enough without even less people through the gates.

I dont care if its Man U, Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea. We are not doing the business at home and leaving your best 2 forwards on the bench is a slap in the face for the paying customer.
Why did he leave Behan on for the full 90 minutes. He was dreadful.

Whatever people say about our start to the season, we have lost all of our games at home and are in the bottom four. We might be a more solid outfit away from home but that will count for nothing if we can't dictate games at home and win them.

We have played three league games at the Vic and been largely shite in all of them, we have gone past a club record for consecutive home defeats to boot.

I understand that we've signed a lot of players and for some them it takes time but of these signings four have been centre forwards and not a single player who's position is central midfield. So even when all these players do 'gel' we'll still have problems in the middle of the park in my opinion.

The worst thing is I managed to bring along 2 pals who havent been for ages yesterday after they listened to me banging on about how good we were against Burnley.

Needless to say they said i owed them both £20 and wont be going again.

On Tuesday evening, Tree With Hamster stated how delighted he was with the performance. After Saturday's game, he said how disappointed he was.

I may be missing something, but is Tree With Hamster not simply saying it as it is?

Put it this way, when I've not been at a game, Trew With Hamster's reports are one of the first ones I look for to get an accurate reflection of the game.

Do you spend your whole time picking fault with people's posts? That's the impression I get anyway.
I can't understand why you seem to want to start an argument every time you post, especially when arguing doesn't appear to be one of your strong points.
Are you not capable of putting a point of view across without being so contentious?

you will find if you pay attention to my posts that i pick faults and argue with those who are overly negative about Pools. Why? because i don't like it. Sorry if it upsets you or if you take offence, but thats just the way it is, like.

Unfortunately there are a few people on here who wont tolerate any sort of negativity towards Pools. Its best to just bite your tongue if you have anything negative to say otherwise it is YOU who will get accused of spoiling the board with rarfery.

oh come off it, do i jump on every negative post? no!

I jump on the ones i think are designed to cause chew or the ones which are ridiculously negative.

Go and have a look at my view of the game on saturday, i said we were terrible and that i was well narked.

What i did take an exception to was people waiting until our first bad performance of the season so they could start moaning for Turner to be sacked. Its pathetic.

That's fair enough, Mr B. You will find that so far this season I have criticised very little. Instead I have stated facts relating to Turners record in the third tier.
The only player I have criticised is Sam Collins and I have also praised him.
You will have to try and differentiate between constructive, meaningful criticism and negativity, because if you don't it will be you who is labelled the picky one.
For the record, I have yet to unfairly criticise the team in any game this season. So it is you who needs to pay attention to individual's posts and refrain from stereotyping everyone who you disagree with.
My main concern is Turner and his record, which is there for all to see, but there people who don't want to see.
Now be a good lad and post your point of view and try a bit harder to respect other people's opinions.

Please yourself. If you continue to behave in the same vein towards me then you will have to get used to the patronage, like.

Which premiershite team do your 'pals' watch on Sky Sports then?

It has for some plaggy fans to accept the fact that teams loose and can't make their own rules up as they go along like Man Fooking ure

Ok, I admit you dont jump on EVERY negative post but a lot of them. Also when you say that you took exception to people who waited for the first bad performance of the season to call for CT's head, this isnt quite right. Many of us wanted CT out LAST season. I have not suddenly decided on the basis of saturdays defeat that he aint good enough, I have had this opinion for years! As have many others on here. I would bet deep down the majority dont want him in charge.

I dont change my opinions on the basis of one match. I would like a different manager but Im trying to give him the benefit of the doubt and see how we are in another month or so. I dont hold up much hope but you never know.
