That was a quality performance tonight from start to finish and from back to front!. Rarely do i come out of a defeat so upbeat but tonight i did. I thought that performance was a million miles away from Bristol last week and im proud of every player tonight, they were all quality but special mention to Collins who was immense, best game he's had at pools. Monkey had Eagles in his back pocket and was back to his best and i thought Jones and Liddle were fantastic tonight. Ratings wud go

Flinders 7, best keeper we have had in years(so far)
Haslam 7, thought he did well and stuck to his task against a very quick winger
Liddle 8, won plenty headers and got his foot in at vital times
Collins 9, Where has that Collins been hiding, he was immense tonight, even his passing was spot on
Hartley 7, starting to look more settled
Monkey 8, tracking backing and winning the ball back all game, some lovely touches and got sum great balls in the box
Jones 8, thought he was outstanding tonight, we looked better with him playing
Sweeney 7, ran all night and didnt let there midfield settle
McSweeney 7, started quietly but got better as the game went on, he has the pace to attack defenders, just needs to do it more!
Behan 7, he looks like a cult hero in the making to me, everything a good center forward should be
Boyd 7, right place at the right time for the goal, started quietly and sluggish but looked sharper as the game went on, he's getting there slowly but surely

Fredriksen 8, i thought he was brilliant when he came on, looks like he could be a real find in my opinion. His link up play and array of passing was great tonight
Larkin 6, i thought he ran into to many blind alleys tonight, got pace but kept running away from goal, could be a good super sub though, give him time

All in all a very enjoyable game and if Bikey was not playing im 100% certain we would have won that, Bikey was there best player by a mile. They may have made a lot of changes but that team was still full of good players and plenty of internationals. Well done pools, please dont let these high standards slip on sat coz id love to stuff Norwich!

Looking forward to the announcer attempting to pronounce Bjornssons name!
