I only started supporting pools in 89 so I did not see this game. Who was Tony Harrison? Not heard of him.

And 7-8 months later one of the Man u team thought I've had enough here I want to be part of a winning team, and left them to join Pools.

Paul Dalton being that man.

Tony Harrison. Durham City keeper who had a twenty-plus year career on the N.E.non-league scene. He was also son of our Groundsman at the time I think.

Never signed for Pools officially but played in a lot of friendlies after Dave McKellar got wrapped around a goalpost just before the season started.
