New software ( we are on nagra 2 ) currently being tested in Ireland.

It won't take long for the nerds to crack it

Back in June Pools made me pay for my season ticket.
I went shopping at Asda last week & the bewer on the till made me pay for it all
I took the kids to the pictures & guess what,we had to pay to get in
My car needed a MOT last month & it cost me £40
I went on a train a couple of weeks ago too & had to pay for my ticket

These are only minor irritations though, what really annoys me is the satelite TV companies trying to stop OO from stealing his Sky TV rage
If I was you OO I would contact Sky & Virgin now & complain.
Its totally unfair that you cant come on here bragging about your free Sky tv & calling the likes of Ripper & myself mugs.

Someone suggested going to The Mill House on Saturday & taking your own cans.
Isnt that the same principle as the dodgy box, helping yourself to the entertainment without contributing to the provider.

To be fair I've never bragged about getting it free. I just get it free and I'll be a tad peeved if it stops.

Don't know about this. Ripping off people who're doing something for the community (eg the Millhouse people) or ripping off impoverished musicians by downloading their stuff without paying for it, doesn't seem to me to be in the same boat at all as ripping off Sky who have always been thoroughly disreputable, immoral, self-seeking bounders who've got where they are by trampling all over other people.

See the "knock off Nigel" ads on the TV

Everyone who starred in those ads have seen a dodgy video or listened to a copied cd.

FACT!

It seems the 'moral majority' on here do.....

The same majority I would hazard a guess who think nothing of using torrent sites, buy cheapo DVD's down the club or have bought booze and fags which have been brought into the country avoiding the duty on them

I don't buy hooky DVDs or snidey fags and booze, and I have absolutely no idea what a torrent site even is.

Why don't you just get back to noshing Iain Wright off and being his internet bitch.

Aye, but the thing that's particularly dodgy about it is the fact that it has the last turkey in the shop right where the fanny should be.

I never said YOU did, but a fair few have

Mayhaps if you noshed off Alan Wright, the Tories might win in Hartlepool

On the other hand, you have more chance of Darlow getting promoted

I cant be arsed twaling through for examples but there has been bragging on here along the lines of "people who pay for sky tv are mugs,I get mine for nowt"
I really dont mind people having dodgy boxes & have no sympathy for sky,but I do object to being called a mug for not having one.

These boxes will be around for a while longer yet, it seems whenever Sky or Virgin try to do summit about it, the nerds behind the scene come up with some new software.

yeah probably till around 2011 then that will be it, encryption is far superiour these days to what it was 8 years ago, they wont be hacked again, look at sky, not hacked, will never be hacked. As for new software, new boxed would be needed as the dodgy boxes cant handle nagra3 encryption. violin violin therethere

enjoy it while you can violin

This is for poolie power who ever he is, who made some comments on my post :

I think you will find skys encryption NDS has NOT been hacked do some research, as for ireland channels, there is no way of getting them back as corus etc have changed to nagra3 because sky threatened them by withdrawl of their premium channels if they hadnt changed before premiership kick off last week.

if nagra3 will be cracked easily, why hasnt it been cracked? its been around for years now.

as for nagra3 in ireland a few months ago, that wasnt nagra3, it was something different of which i cant remember, but now nagra3 has been implemented and there is nothing they can do about it.

:coool: :coool:
