at half time yesterday the bairn said i'm hungry so of i went to the food kiosk in the town end clarence road end got there and couldn't believe it was shut! first home game aswell! so i went to the one at the back of the town end stood for about ten minutes till it was my turn, asked for some chips she said none left so i asked for a pie she said none left, asked for a burger none left couldn't believe it i even asked for a bag of crisps and guess what she said none left banghead

how can pools run out of all these things at once on first game of season and even have a food kiosk shut, although pools always try to improve aspects on matchday this aspect always falls flat on there face, come on pools sort it out i ended up buying nothing i wonder how many other people did aswell?

Look on the bright side. All that queueing meant you missed the half time entertainment which seems to have sent a few into palpatations on here.

We are going down if thats the standard of the food and the entertainment.

I suppose it's better to sell out than have leftovers which you couldn't sell.

Wouldn't you think the manufacturers would have spotted the pitfalls of naming a food product 'pukka'? They might as well go the whole hog and bring out 'billius sausages' or 'norsius kebabs'.
