Tis a new kitchen, I just need a few sockets moving and a light switch adding. A new boiler is getting fitted in the next couple of weeks, then I need the walls skimmed, then the kitchen can be fitted. A right faff on.

And before I forget a decent, cheapish builder. The mrs also wants a downstairs toilet putting in, so we need a stud wall putting in.
