Yeah no chance, he struck it too cleanly which meant Dimi didn't have time to react quickly enough, he done well to get his hand on it in my opinion

The comments from my mates (post match of course) is that they (Cov fans) were expecting a defeat. Still I was most proud to stand amongst former students ,they in Cov shirts , I in Pool shirt and smile about the result outside the ground...a nice moment ! :grin:

Been down here for the past ten years, Leicester and now here (Bedworth). I miss the North East and the sea most especially. In my classroom there is a framed/signed H'gus picture and I have made the school footy kit......yep...blue and white stripes !!! :grin:

they had 5 teenagers in their starting line up, and i think everyone was aware they put out a severely weakened team, so i think the lad was making a fair comment.

didnt come across as sour grapes to me.
