to come up to the Vic and according to my ex Valley season ticket holder friend they have sold only 350 so far, BIG CLUB MY ARSE.

My mate now lives here and is a Pooly convert season ticket holder with us BUT she is sitting in the Rink End with her mob from the sarf. She promises to celebrate our goals when we score and sit on her hands IF they do.

I hope lawrence stays away in his Palace shirt because the rivalry is the same as us and the Loids. stpid

thats news to palace fans everywhere. they dont really care about charlton. their sworn enemies are brighton.

if theres rivalry with any club in london its millwall.

ive been to a few palace/charlton games and it was pretty tame stuff.

Aye, thats right enough

Although I've never understood it, they aren't really that close, geographically

Maybe it's just her that hates Palace but she tells me they are big rivals.

He has a "Scoreboard" in his window, which is always pretty accurate. Has anyone else spotted this?

It's all show from Lawrence

I reckon when he gets home he is like Leslie Phillips, smoking jacket & martini in hand...

I've been to Millwall a few times, to watch both Pools and Millwall against Man City and a few teams and never seen any bother

After the Man City match, I went into a boozer with my mate who is a Millwall fan and there was loads of City fans inside, but it was friendly enough

Perhaps I just got lucky

Is it really that big a surprise?

1) Southern clubs are well know for not traveling north in numbers, they have it too good down there, so many clubs within an hour of there own. Northern clubs, in particular the North East five are required to travel over two hours to find any club in the same division.

2) They are hardly going to look forward to playing Hartlepool when they are more used to playing Arsenal and Chelsea.

3) They are away to Leyton Orient on Tuesday night, so 530 mile round trip to Victoria Park or 15 mile round trip to Brisbane Road?

No but I'll know where to go if my Sky breaks down during the 5th test.

I remember during the last ashes he had that shirt on and was walking round the town saying "I am supporting the Aussies because I am German"
