This is just intended as information not an advert, if it offends anyone , admin please just remove it, thanks.

The pub will be open from 11am

There should be a burger van open from 11.30

The can bar outside will be open from 12

We have a new sarnie supplier (The Pantry) and they are bigger and lush.

Yes we know, so far it sounds EXACTLY like an advert, but please, read on

There'll be a bit of music coming from outside stage from around 12ish and then, and then, and then ..........

The PASSION KILLERS will start at 1pm and play right through until 2.15 giving you ample time to take your new found enthusiasm into the Vic and transfer it to the lads on the pitch.

Those that want to watch the Live TV games after our game can do so in the bar or lounge as we now have ALL Sky and ESPN channels which we can split between TV's.

We now sell Strongarm on draught (we'd have liked handpull but its just not viable).

We also have a limited supply of Monkey Stout

Still sounds a bit like an ad but :

We have brought in extra staff so service should be nice and quick.

We have had a Limited Edition Pools shirt (as worn by the lads against West Ham in last seasons cup game, with the Larsen Oil & Gas logo on the front, long sleeved, and embroidered with the date and fixture on it) donated to us, to raffle with all proceeds going to Hartlepool Special Needs Group.

We have organised this with the Passion Killers to try and create a good positive atmosphere leading up to our first home game of the season. Please come along and support the band , support the team and raise a bit of money for a good cause too.

The shirt raffle will be drawn just before 2.15 then the Passion Killers will finish off their set with a rendition of TWO LITTLE BOYS which we would like as many fans as possible to join in and sing it loud enough for the whole town to hear.

Thanks and we hope you enjoy something a bit different to the usual start to a new season.
Coddyakker, Nobby and the Passion Killers.

I can't speak on behalf of the admin on here, but I can't see how any of that could be a problem to anyone on this messageboard.

Yes, John Smiths, Fosters and Strongbow, anything else you will have to go inside the pub for and bring back out in a placca glass (sorry folks, its what we 've gotta do) that is Trophy, Strongarm, Carling, Guinness and all the bottled stuff.
Can't wait me , like.

To be fair to them, Camerons have always dug their hands in their pocket for local stuff. Ala Monkeyhangerz, they weren't slow in coughing up a good few quid.

Just so you know and we know most of you will already appreciate this, this 'free' event is costing a few people quite a lot of money and time, like.

i say anyone bringing their own cans should be escorted from the pub grounds. the cans sold in the can tents should be poured into a plastic glass and the police should intervene and anyone with a can in hand should be fined for drinking on the street
