During the League 2 goals round up bit it seemed to go to some film and it was a woman sat in a toilet cubicle on her phone for about 2 minutes

I thought that's what happened. We taped it last night - I think it was halfway through the Port Vale game and then it just suddenly switched to this bird in a toilet cubicle.

We thought that our tape had cut out for some reason and thinking we couldn't watch the rest, I started to walk out the room, Dad continues to play the tape and suddenly the football begins again.

I had to rush straight back in to watch the rest.

A mistake that goes right up there with Dan Gosling's "missing through adverts" winner for Everton against Liverpool in the FA Cup.

I liked the "virtual reality" League trable graphics at the end. The novelty will probably wear off soon.

That woman reading out the texts was annoying as hell!

So was the presenter, and Holloway, and Claridge, in fact. How much insight are you going to get from them?

No need for a studio even, just show us the bloody goals!

The programme was good for one reason alone - they showed the goals.

The guy presenting it is pleasent enough, but no one at the beeb clearly has the foggiest about football outside the premiership and it showed.

They all just say obvious stuff that anyone can pick up from stats, yer beckford is good he got 29 last year, let's big him up blaw blaw blaw.

I may in future just stick to the online coverage

Women should not be allowed to compere a football show until a birds 11 have won something noteworthy.

Mind, it is the BBC............

They had that fat tvvat from the boro doing an article on it too. He can go and royally fook himself.

ps, the programme is on bbc iplayer here in case anyone does not know...

http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b0 ... 8_08_2009/

The standard of some of the goals in league 2 is very impressive I must say. Things have come a long way over recent seasons.

I can see lee hughes getting a canny few this season, even if his celebration makes him look like an even bigger twat than we already know he is.

Rodgers has put some beef on too.

No matter how much you dislike the pair of them they will both score goals at that level

And with Karl Hawley as back-up, too...

I can't see Rodgers scoring many, he never does. Hawley is surely a better player?

Undoubtedly the most odious front two in football league history though.
