Coldplay tickets for a concert in America are available on Ebay for $1 each.

At last, the last knockings of bedwetter rock.

No more "Why does it always rain on me" no more " I didn't mean to cause you trouble"
no more "Somewhere only we know"

it's not just Coldplay' it's the complete genre.
I didn't mean to cause you trouble might beat Yellow Submarine (though I doubt it) but it wouldn't be in same league as say A Day in the Life or Revolution or hundreds of other Beatles songs.

It's not that the tunes aren't so good it's the navel gazing whineyness of the lyrics that pisses me off.
and anyway Chris Martin and his pine needle, jogi berry eating harriden of a missus are complete tossers.

You're really getting on my goat now. rage rage

A Day in the Life or Revolution or hundreds of other Beatles songs? What planet have you been living on, sonner? "Get Down" by Gilbert O'Sullivan was what "Get Back" by The Beatles should have been.

And sonner, nobody's gazed at more navels or navals than me.

Early Travis was a pretty decent Teenage Fanclub rip-off. Even 'The Man Who' was a good album. It just went downhill from there.

I think I've put this on here before, but when the bairn was a few months old I was taking him round the shops (something he's always loved - all those people and products). We went into a shop playing that dreadful Coldplay effort that starts 'you try sometimes...' and he kicked right off - proper howling tears, which isn't like him. I wheeled him out of the shop and he was happy again. Took him back in and he kicked off again. Definitely Coldplay to blame. Bastads.

Since he's been born he's been fed a steady diet of ska and northern soul to get him frothed up, and Spiritualized and Mazzy Star to get him to sleep. He doesn't deserve to be subjected to Coldplay. Ever.
