OLYMPUS GT 500 Cross trainer.
If anyone wants this for FREE, you must be able to collect it today before 5pm, it wont go in a car unless you dismantle it, so either a MPV or a van would be your best bet.
If you want it PM me for my phone number and we'll make arrangements.
Its a good bit of kit so I'm told but as those who know me, exercise just ain't my scene.
