well got back from the jollies yesterday, went straight to the club shop and purchased two full strips for the younguns.

Fantastic I gotta say. And very good value too.

Plenty of all sizes in stock, including the baby ones for you newbie parents, and plenty of people buying.

Shop staff as helpful as ever.

So...............nope.............absolutely nothing for anyone to moan about.

Well done Pools, and well done the club shop. clappp

Well I'm very disappointed ... cocking it up is an old tradition that goes back years and it's a sad day when you can't walk into the shop on the first day and be told they only have them in size XXXXXXL, ... it's the end of an era. sadx

I know. I had my, face like a wet weekend, all ready to attack.

Alas, when I got there, all I could see were smiling staff and an array of new strips. All very off putting.

They have had complaints like.......one compalining that the stipes were the wrong way round. I kid you not.

Poolies eh? And we are all so proud of them.

It is an advert. An advert for good news at the club.

Of course it wouldnt appeal to you, and are your mates on here.......but then....it wasnt meant to.

Nothing to see here Grave..........now go and open your "What can I whinge today about" manual.

You have plenty of time, its still early.

If you carry on whinging like you have in preseason, what makes you think you will last a full season on here?

The shirt looks great from the back. People will see it and instantly know we are a football league club.

I havent whinged any more than others have to be honest (ok, maybe a touch more).

Unfortunately I have a horrible feeling that we will all be doing a LOT of whinging this season.

Just not sure if i 'twatting' like it ok?

The chunky stripes might look good on your round belly but on my slim body it doesn't look as good.

And if i'm paying 40 sodding quid for summit i wanna like it don't i?

If you love it so much buy me one then.

Its disgraceful, I tried to buy a shirt for my twin brother and could not get the right size.
I asked for one with a 42 inch waste, short, 3 arm holes and a small vent for his tail and they politely told me they didn't stock said item.
The whole club is incompetent and not catering for us normal fans.

Come on ADG - think laterally, if the club have plenty of stock in all sizes surely it points to overstocking on a grand scale, a waste of money that could be spent on a left back.

I have a whinge about the club shop actually. I went there when I finished work at around half past one to buy my nephew a birthday pressie. They were closed. At half past one on a Saturday afternoon. After launching a new kit. Fucking amateurs.

That is just crazy, even by Pools standards.

It is crazy becasue a lot of the populaion happen to be off work and could possibly want to visit the club shop to buy an item or two, perhaps even a new shirt...!!

Now it doesn't bother me when I get the new shirt, but some people will want to wear it at MK next week and this saturday might be the only chance they had to get it.

It's crazy because some people work a nine to five, and work Saturday mornings aswell, meaning a Saturday afternoon is their only chance to do some shopping. Like I said, fucking amateurs.

As regards the shops opening hours. I work on a Chinese tugboat towing disused alien spaceships to Graythorp for the Yanks from Roswell and the only time I can get to the club shop is when we slip into Graythorp to drop them of in secret and when I can get there at 3.30 am in the morning the club shops shut  ...Which begs the question, how are the crews of Chinese tugboats supposed to get to the clubshop if it's always shut........it's tugboatist!

Big well done to Pools and the club shop on the new strip.

Went down on Saturday morning and bought the kit for my boy, was well pleasantly surprised that they do them from 0-6 month sizes and all the way up from there so he is now the proud owner of a 6-12 month size kit, his first Pools kit!

Snowy, your right and I'm wrong. To expect a shop to be open on a Saturday afternoon is ludicrous
