But the majority of opinions on the shirt are positive yet you seem on turning the thread into a bitch session. Whatever makes you happy I suppose though.

No I don't thins it's 'big & clever', it is a mere synopsis of the dogcack spouted regarding the new shirt in the past couple of days

I mean, if you are a 40 year old man and can only have the shirt on your birthday, I would pack it all in now

I havent had a shirt for about 10 years, and the only place I wear that one is in the gym.

So why the banging of the gum?

Options are as follows:

Buy the shirt if you like it, don't buy it if you don't

And please, no credit crunch bollox in any replies please!

I'm glad the stripes are wide. I thought that the narrower ones make Humphries look just a little too slim...

That's a completely different thread though.

This one is about the 'first impressions of the new kit' and although no-one has really fallen in love with it, the majority are satisfied and only a sporadic handful don't like it.

Yet for some reason known only to you, you want to use this thread to slag off the people who were criticisng the release date; virtually all of whom haven't contributed to this thread.

What was it that I said before we unveiled the kit......oh yeah, I hope it doesn't look like it's been bought out of a catalogue.

True we live in the North East not exactly the best place to live for getting jobs. For example I have to work in Darlo town Centre. Although in my department there is 70 of us and in that there is only 1 true Darlo supporter and 2 Pools supporters.

I also criticised the shirt, somewhat tongue in cheek, I thought the words 'I don't like it' would of been clue enough there Chrissie Wissey

I like the kit myself. I have always said my favourite kit was the last in the series of the Camerons sponsored shirts. 98-00. and its almost that kit all over again

It's a footy strip, no better or worse than any other. I'd happily go back to the Tescos strip if we could perform on the pitch.

To me it looks like an ideal 'holiday shirt' it also would look excellent on those who have birthdays in May, June, and July.

We should have released it months ago.
