Officially unveiled Thursday at 9am - back to blue and white stripes according to Russ Green.

I hope it doesn't look like it's been bought straight out of a catalogue.

Of course not, we'll have had Nike's top executives in to design us a one of kit which they will then produce for 4000 sales!

But don't you think it looks unprofessional when we have a design that say....a Sunday League player could order as well?

And the club would be accused of really hitting people in the pocket, season tickets and a new strip at the same time.

As long as it's available before the first game of the season, I really don't see the problem.

Pools are probably the only club in the history of the world that wouldn't bring their shirts out at the start of the summer, remember this is the same club that released a new kit in January this year. Release it in December and every fcker and their dog would have got one.

They'll have lost money releasing it this late, I can't see how there is two ways about it.

Your first sentence precluded a "good reasoned argument".

If I could be chewed I'm sure that I could trawl through the website of each league club and prove you absolutely, completely, totally and comprehensively wrong.

If it's from YouTube, put the link in like you did, highlight that link then click on the 'youtube' button just above where you type your post...

ahh the old chipfireball classic of 'If I could be bothered I'd prove you wrong'.

If you were responsible for these things would you have waited till the end of July or would you bring them out in June like most other clubs, just out of interest.

Lets not forget that they also brought the orange kit out in January this year. Another masterstroke of an idea.

I knew you'd come out with that rubbish, you ungrateful sod!

You don't know your born you

The nike kits are ten times better than the loki and tfg efforts of years gone by, and the material and training gear is ten times better.

If it's like the new barca one, which i believe it is, then it will look smart as fook.

Most teams now, all over the world, pretty much have the same design as other teams, if you look on prodirectsoccer.co.uk you'll find nike, adidas, puma etc pretty much only do so many designs, and everyone, including the likes of chelsea, spain, arsenal, barca etc pick from them.

I acknowledge that compared to some of the kit makers we've had in the past, Nike are great.

I'm not intending to be ungrateful on purpose, I just wan't a new kit that will reflect the exact degree of the professionalism of the Club that we all know it has.

Personally I liked the TFG "pinstripe" kit of 2003/04 and last year's centernary kit.

I'm hoping that Nike will provide us with a smart kit hopefully like Barcelona, but all I'm saying is it make us look a little ordinary if instead of Barcelona's design, the Club choose a design a design which appears to be too "easy".
