I hope you're right but I think he would have signed by now if he was going to.

Just seen him at the Tesco cashpoint up Throston. Then he went in the butchers for a beef sarnie, then in the betting shop.

That is true, at the moment Denis would probably be our 2nd best striker. Good lad. Nowhere near our usual standards in terms of strikers but with the way things are at the moment, he's certainly far better than that latvian chap who'll replace him :/

Dan Connor is immense. Best keeper in Ireland by a mile, have no idea what he's doing down here. It'd be tough to see him go, but as fans we have to sometimes concede losing our favourites for the greater good.

Why on earth would they do that?? stpid sctatchinghead

If this was a double transfer and a joint fee for both of them, surely they would have been revealed together? Im sure if both were signing then the photos etc would have been taken with both in place. Rather than one one day and the other the next.

Thats why I think this deal has gone south unless Healy is holding out for more money or more than a 1 year contract like the beast signed.
For his song we used

is it a monster, is it a monster
no its denis behan, its denis behan
comming over that hill"

They have updated their website no mention of a bid coming in from Ipswich. Latest news was Behan signed for us.

Could be about the world cup finals when Healy could of played but they were awaiting on Keanes answer before they put him in the squad. Keane decided he wasnt going to play for them and with him delaying his answer for so long when they tried to announce Healy was in the squad it was too late to declare him. Therefore he cost Healy the chance to play in the World Cup finals.

It's a good move for Behan getting out of our tinpot skint excuse of a football club and going to a proper team in a proper league. :uhoh:
